I received this book as an advanced copy. I would have paid for it and will buy the second book rather than wait for it in parts.Everyone wants it and other than that it is a ship, No one knows what it is for, who made it or why. Unfortunately all parties are trying to salvage it for materials and profit and no one is paying attention to the ship. Nation against nation brother against brother and action all the way. I read it in about 45 minutes and when it suddenly ended I felt like screaming.

Well written and unique enough to be interesting. A few items such as 40,000 years enroute and the lack of a coordinated military response stretch the bounds, but it is easy to roll with and definitely left me wanting more.
A little more info on the brothers feud would have been helpful to explain their animosity towards each other. The overall plot is attention getting. Will see what happens next book. Thank you for an thought provoking story, Danny Scott.
Slow start but gets going into a page turning, not wanting put the book down. Great read and looking forward to reading the next novel to come.
Great read here. Good storyline and interesting characters. Nicely written and held my attention. And best of all, the story hasn,t ended quite yet... Andrew Broderick is an author to keep an eye out for.
Well written, and hints of character development which I guess comes in later books. This must be a prequel, it's pretty short, and short on reveals. At the end I was just as in the dark as I was at the beginning. Not enough there to grab my attention. I'd advise cut some of the techno jargon and add more story.
It was an interesting read. I wish the bit about the 'Surrey rapture' was towards the end instead of in the middle of the book. It didn't fully make sense where it currently sits. It would have been a good final chapter, I think.
I received the Cosmic Bullet for review, and I am glad I did. I would have gladly paid for this, but, like others have said, it would be nice to get the entire story all at one time, because now I am left hanging.
A strange object, presumably of alien origin, speeds to the Earth, and two estranged brothers scramble to stake their claim to it... one for profit, one for knowledge. In addition, others see the value of this object as well, so the result is a stew of characters each trying to control the object...
The book is well written, like others that Mr. Broderick has written. The characters are believable, and the dialog is good. I did not find any obvious technical/grammatical errors to distract my reading pleasure. I highly recommend this book for a quick read, but I really hope to get the rest of the series to satisfy my curiosity.
